What we use ourselves

Two systems that run here every day.

A marketing system. It keeps an eye on our own websites and our clients'. AI writes blog posts and social media posts, and suggests improvements to existing pages. It checks every site's SEO continuously, keeps track of visitor and app download numbers, and manages the ads. Every proposal comes with a preview, and nothing goes online until someone clicks approve.

A personal assistant. One overview of every project, task and appointment, filled in with the notes from meetings. It suggests a plan for the week, keeps track of where the time went, and runs recurring work by itself at set times.

You can't buy systems like these off the shelf: they're built around how someone works. The same is possible for your business, for your quotes, your customer follow-up, your planning or your reporting.

How we go about it

Start small, adjust fast.

We start with one process that's costing you time or money today. We build a working version of it quickly, with AI speeding things up, so your team is already using it while we keep building.

If it works, we extend it. If it works differently than expected, you find out in a few weeks rather than a year. Starting small keeps the bill small, and you only pay for what actually gets used.

Which data goes where, AI services included, is agreed up front. We choose mainstream technology that someone else could maintain later too.

What they needed: A product built from nothing. Tattoo artists and piercers were running sessions, client records, stock and paper consent forms across notebooks and spreadsheets, and there was no company around the idea yet either.
What we did: Everything. Native apps for iPhone, iPad and Mac covering sessions, clients, inventory, team roles, revenue reporting and consent forms signed on screen. Then the marketing site, and the whole digital foundation behind it: domain, hosting, business email and analytics.
