How much does a website cost?
It depends on what your site needs to do: a few pages to get found costs less than a site with bookings, logins or a webshop, and every business is different. That's why you always get the price in writing first, fixed or hourly, and the first call is free. As a reference: the Fox and Jane website cost around 1,500 euros, the Pergo-Lux site around 2,500 euros, plus around 50 euros a month for maintenance and the tools the site runs on. All prices exclude VAT.
How much does an app cost?
An app is more work than a website, and the price depends entirely on what it needs to do. In the first call we look at whether you need an app at all. After that you get a real number, before you commit to anything.
How long does it take?
Websites are the work we deliver fastest. An app or custom software takes longer, depending on how much it needs to do. Because we build with AI, you see a working version early either way.
Do you work with SMEs?
Yes. Alongside websites and apps we build custom software for SMEs: internal tools and dashboards, connections between the software you already use, and AI applications that take work off your hands, such as processing documents or emails automatically.
How do you use AI?
AI helps us build faster and adjust faster, so you see something working early. Everything AI writes is read and tested. Which of your data goes anywhere, AI services included, is agreed up front.
Can I edit my website myself?
You can, if you want to. Then we build your site on Webflow, with a CMS where you change the text and photos yourself. Without a CMS, we make the changes for you, and that's usually quick.
Will my site be found on Google and by AI assistants?
Every site we build is set up for Google and Bing, with structured data and plain facts that AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Copilot can pick up. We also check that your hosting doesn't block their crawlers.
Do you also handle the domain, email and hosting?
Yes, that's the Digital Launchpad: your domain in your name, business email on Google Workspace, hosting, your business found on Google, Bing and by AI, and ads. On its own, or together with a website or app.
Where do you work?
We're based in Schilde, near Antwerp, and work for clients across Belgium. In the Antwerp area we're happy to come to you. English-language projects can be anywhere.
Who will I be dealing with?
Me: Stefan Adams, the founder of APPS2CREATE. You arrange everything with me, from the first call until long after launch. When a project needs more hands, I bring in people I've worked with for years, but you keep talking to me.
What happens after launch?
We stay around: updates, maintenance, and one person who answers when something breaks. How that's arranged, fixed or hourly, is agreed up front.
