Apps

An app, if you really need one.

We've been building apps for over ten years, mostly for Apple devices. Sometimes an app is the right answer, and sometimes a good website does the same job for far less. You'll hear which in the first call.

What we build

For every screen

Native where it matters, cross-platform where that's the smarter choice. The choice follows what you'll need to maintain afterwards.

  • iPhone and iPad apps in Swift
  • Mac and Apple TV apps
  • Android apps in Kotlin
  • One app for both stores in Flutter, when that's the sensible option
  • Connections to whatever you already use
How it goes

From idea to the store

You see your app on your own phone along the way, long before it's in the store.

  • A free call, and a real number before you commit
  • The price in writing, fixed or hourly
  • Test builds on your own device while we build
  • We handle the App Store and Play Store submission
  • Your store page set up to be found
  • Updates and maintenance after launch

Found in the store

An app has to be found, too.

An app nobody finds achieves nothing. So we set up your page in the App Store and Google Play as carefully as a website: a name and subtitle people actually search for, the right keywords, and screenshots and a preview video that show what your app does in a few seconds.

With custom product pages in the App Store and custom store listings in Google Play, each audience or ad gets its own version of your page, with its own screenshots and text. Someone who taps an ad lands on a page about exactly that.

We ask happy users for a rating at the right moment, because ratings count in the store's search results. And in App Store Connect and the Google Play Console we follow how many people see your page and go on to install the app.

Where we come from

Built on apps people use every day.

APPS2CREATE didn't come out of nowhere. Stefan spent years building apps for big brands first: as a consultant at icapps for clients including Liberty Global, Argenta and Monizze, and on a point-of-sale solution for Philips Hue. Today he also works as a freelance developer for DPG Media, on VTM GO, Streamz and RTL Play.

That work is separate from the studio, but the experience goes into everything we build: how to make an app a lot of people rely on every day, how to keep it stable, and how to keep it maintainable years later. We bring that approach to businesses a big agency would be too heavy for.

An example

An app that shortens the queue at the bar.

Two iPhone screens from the Biercafé Terdonck app: a beer menu with prices and an announcements feed.

Weekend beer café, run by volunteers

Biercafé Terdonck

What they needed
A yearly event with long queues at the bar, and a beer list that changes between shifts.
What we did
A Flutter app for iPhone and Android so visitors browse and order themselves, running on a Laravel CMS simple enough for volunteers to edit on the night.

The team updates the beer list themselves, no developer needed.
