Terms and conditions.

1. Who’s who

• APPS2CREATE: us. The studio doing the work: websites, apps, digital setup and everything related.
• Client: you. Any person, company or organisation that hires us.
• Services: the work we do for you, building apps and websites, setting things up, and related tasks.

2. What we’ll do

• We do the work we agreed in writing with you.
• Anything beyond that needs to be asked for in writing, and may cost extra.

3. What we need from you

• Accurate information, materials and feedback, in time for the project to keep moving.
• Confirmation that you hold the rights to any content you give us.

4. Money

• The price is written down in a proposal or agreement before work starts.
• Payment follows the schedule in that agreement.
• Late payment can delay the project and may cost extra.

5. Who owns what

• Once you’ve paid in full, the finished work is yours: the app, the website, the setup.
• We may show the project in our portfolio, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
• Tools, libraries and frameworks that already existed stay the property of APPS2CREATE or the relevant third party.

6. Keeping things private

We keep your information and materials confidential, and use them only to do your project.

7. Guarantees and limits

• We guarantee the work does what we agreed at the time we hand it over.
• We’re not responsible for problems caused by changes or misuse after delivery.
• Liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for that service.

8. Changes and upkeep

• Small revisions are part of the agreed work. Bigger changes may cost extra.
• Maintenance and updates after launch aren’t included unless the agreement says they are.

9. Stopping

• Either of us can end the agreement in writing.
• If you end it, the work completed up to that point is payable.

10. Which law applies

Belgian law. Any dispute is settled under Belgian jurisdiction.

11. Agreeing to this

Hiring us means accepting these terms.
